Response: Thank you, but I know we can do better for Rail service. What is P/U? and isn't it normally a 2 hour window to load a 53' trailer? We have never heard of 1 hour loading/unloading. Question: THE ONE HOUR LOADING TIME IS IF THE TRUCK HAS TO BE THERE AT A DESIGNATED TIME FOR AN APPOINTMENT. So lets get this straight, you have an empty, dedicated, and enclosed 53' trailer pull up to our loading dock, we load boxes to trailer's full capacity, they drive to the railroad and load the trailer directly on to the back of a train.
