Response: From the homeowners email: Jerry, The condo is 1 level; generally at grade. There are a couple of small steps entering the condo; a brick stoop(2 1/2") and the threshold itself (2"). The organ itself is approximately 30' from the front door which is about 35' from the driveway. The driveway is basically level and approximately 25' in length. The front door is std 36" door . . . something less than that when the door is mounted. Excluding the front door, there are no interior doors to pass through. The condo sits on a dead-end road with a cul d'sac which would enable a truck/trailer to reverse direction without using a driveway. The street is wide enough to permit temporary parking . . . movers do it. If you need anything else, don't hesitate to let me know.4/23/2012Report a Violation
