Additional Information: Perfect job for someone with mobile home / modular moving experience.

The item to be moved is a prefabricated modular building. Dimensions are approximately 40' long x 12' wide x 10' tall.

Weight is approx 20000 lbs.

Consturction is steel frame and this building was originally constructed off-site by a manufacturer and trucked to its current location so it's made for this type of move.

Item will need to go from Central Ohio to Southern California.

Timeframe is open.

If you also can provide for the jacking up of the building from the pad to your trailer and then from the trailer to its new location, then we'd be interested in that as well. Otherwise we will coordinate with a sub for that part of the process.

Note: Drive thru window bump outs and awnings will be removed for transport making the building a perfect rectangle, nothing sticking out. You can see the seams if you look at the picture where these bump outs detach from the main building, it shaves about 2 feet off on either side making the real width only 12', smaller than how it appears in the picture.
