Response: Origin will be a warehouse with docks and forklifts. I have not purchased from them before, so I will need to confirm their rules about pickup appointments, etc. Destination is my residence, so a liftgate is required. We're just about 8 miles from Interstate 80. We can meet the truck to unload, assuming driver calls to give advance notice. Would your driver have a pallet jack? If not I can just borrow one from work. (2/4/2009)
