Response: This is going to be about 40 cents a mile if this does happen, so I'm not for certain I'll be able to do it as it costs 50 cents a mile just to run my truck with fuel. I will possibly be in the area next week or the following week. (7/15/2008)
Response: I understand what you are saying . That's why I said looking for someone headed in that direction . I can go get him myself for under $200 since I'll take a vehicle that gets 35 mpg . I'm in no hurry to get him , but the gal I'm buying him from needs the room , hence him gone . (7/15/2008)
Question: Hi, I will be heading back to MD in the next day or so i can bring donkey with me if you think he or she can ride in my 28 ft trailer . I have 9 horses of my own and have transported horses all over the country. Ill make water and hay available. 250.00 to Crownsville, Or 225.00 if you meet me at 176 truck stop of 97. Thanks ,Steve. Response: Hi Steve , what kind of trailer ? He is an intact jack , so he might get studdy if you have gal horses . I'm not sure which truck stop you are talking about ... There is transit truckstop right off of rt 97 ( exit 10 )near Glen Burnie & there is a truckstop over in Jessup by rt 1 & rt 175 ( close to I 95 ) called TA truck stop . I am 4 or 5 miles away from the Transit Truckstop . Could you bring him there for $200 ? If you can consider it a deal . Thanks , Rodger Myers Crownsville , Md (7/16/2008)
Response: Rodger, Just so there is no misunderstanding, I will be pulling a 28 ft "Car hauler" ,It will not be full of junk there will be a small car in the front of the trailer. I have plenty of spots to tie Jack. But their is no windows just 2 roof vents and 2 small side vents. He will have plenty of water and hay, I have to make a couple of stops on the way one to Macon Georgia and one just south of you in Virginia,. These will be quick stops and Jack can stretch his legs. If you are ok with that then let me know and ill bid the 200.00. So you know, I have 9 horses 3 dogs 3 cats a snake a lizard and a wife and 6 kids and love all of them and i would not do anything to harm any of them or Jack. Thanks, Steve. (7/16/2008)
