Questions for this shipment:

Question: What is your target for transporting in our trailer? Check our feedback/profile pics. Thanks (9/23/2006)
Response: Hi, I have several quotes for $1k. This is a small boat worth $2K so I'm trying to find a quote that isn't half the value of the boat. I'm flexible on timing if that will help on pricing. (9/24/2006)
Question: BE CAREFUL YOU HAVE BROKERS BIDDING . (9/25/2006)
Response: Is there a difference between brokers and haulers bidding? I'm new to this process. (9/26/2006)
Question: Would you be willing to load boat and trailer into the back of my flat bed truck with crane or fork lift? Then remove the same way. If so I believe we could cut shipping cost in half. (9/26/2006)
Response: I could get it unloaded on the SC end but I don't know anyone on the CT end to load it. Thanks! (9/26/2006)
Question: Shipper, I think whomever posted the comment about "brokers" is trying to tell you that your item may NOT be getting personal attention with loading/unloading and during transit. A "broker" OR someone who thinks they are a "broker" will off your item to a "common carrier" and take a piece of the pie. As for my feedback...I earned every one of them. Thanks. (9/26/2006)
Response: Thanks! (9/30/2006)
Question: I have another trailer to tow out of Georgia. So if hauling your boat& trailer inside my trailer to Eastern N.C. to my home then towing from there to S.C. is an option, I can offer a lower bid. (9/26/2006)
Response: That is an option. I could also meet you in NC and tow it down myself if that saves even more money. (9/28/2006)
Question: If you can get the boat unloaded that helps.I do a lot of work for a local marina and the last time i was faced with this problem they loaded the boat for $40. This would bring your total cost to $540 if this is acceptable I will bid first thing in the morning.I would have to tow your trailer to stonington CT.I think that is only about 60 miles.Thank you Rod @ c haul (9/26/2006)
Response: I'm not sure how open the seller would be to taking the boat somewhere o be loaded. I will check. (9/28/2006)
Question: I can flatbed this for $750 or tow for $150 cheaper, I can check or repack bearings as neccesary see feedback. I can also do it this weekend. (tacks) (9/28/2006)
Response: This weekend won't be possible but the next couple of weekends would work. Let me know if you have some times available in the near future. If you flatbed you would need to be able to load/unload with the flatbed...I don't know if a forktruck will be available. (9/28/2006)
Question: Hey Bill, no need to lift on/off. Check my feedback/profile pics and see how your boat will travel. If next week will work for pick up let me know, I will offer a bid. (9/28/2006)
Response: Later next week or the follwoing week will work...offer a bid! (9/28/2006)
Question: When would the boat be ready? I will be in CT on Monday and can tow the boat down, all the way for $600 or to Rocky mount NC for $500 (tacks) I will check bearings before I leave CT if need be and repack. (9/28/2006)
Response: Towing to SC on your flatbed sounds good to me. I don't want to take the chance on having trailer trouble. Submit a bid, please, and if you can haul it in the next couple of weeks we'll have a deal. (9/30/2006)
Question: how wide is the trailer from outside of tire to outside of tire.. Please advise.. I may be able to do it with an enclosed trailer. Larry (9/30/2006)
Question: I am headed South on Tuesday and can put your boat inside my enclosed trailer, what I would need to know is how long the boat and trailer are from FRONT to BACK total lenght. My bid would be for $600.00 if the measurements work out because I have a jet ski inside also. Thanks and let me know. (9/30/2006)
Response: Boat motor and trailer are 19’. At the widest point, it is 66”. Will that fit? (10/3/2006)
Question: I placed a bid at the price we spoke about, I'll be heading north today with my trailer, should you accept please call me on my cell, in the match details. (tacks) (10/1/2006)
Response: Boat will be available for pickup on 10/15 or 10/16. Any interest? (10/9/2006)
Question: it would have fit but the problem is that I already left the area. (10/3/2006)
Response: Do you plan on going back anytime soon? (10/4/2006)
Question: My next trip is about 10/15 if you are interested. (10/3/2006)
Question: Maybe next week but not sure till I get home on Sunday (10/4/2006)
Response: Any idea on your next trip? (10/8/2006)
Question: I could do it this week but I would need to know what you are willing to spend to ship it? Let me know and if it is fair to both of us (not trying to make a killing on this but something fair)I will do it. Thanks for asking :>) (10/8/2006)
Response: Boat will be ready for pickup on Monday, 10/16. I would like to stay around the $600 range. I would prefer that the boat be flatbedded or trailered as well to avoid any potential boat trailer issues. Any interest? (10/9/2006)
Question: I am able to do this at the end of next week 10/19 for $700. Let me know if the others don't come through and I will bid again (tacks) (10/9/2006)
Response: I'm back in the market to have the boat shipped (I had to cancel the earlier listing because the boat needed rapirs before shipping). Are you interested in bidding? Thanks! (10/30/2006)
Question: I could do it within your time frame and it would be inside my enclosed trailer so it would not be towed, but the best I could do on the amount would be for the price I talked about before which is $700.00 If interested let me know and if not I see you have a feww others that will do for your target price of $600. Thanks for writing back. (10/9/2006)
Response: Tony, Submit a bid and I'll accept it. Thanks! (10/10/2006)
Question: Does the boat still need to be flatbedded or can it be towed, I think my last price was $725 (10/30/2006)
Response: Hi, I'd like to get it flatbedded or carried on a trailer. The boat trailer should be okay for towing but I wouldn't want to take any chances. Thanks! (10/30/2006)
