Let me speak with my wife. If we can't do it that soon, we could wait until the next time you are headed west and can come by Durham. Juliette rides in her kennel to the vet and back, but that doesn't happen very often, and so she cries when she is in there. Would you prefer it if I would take some time to get her used to the kennel before you pick her up? I do not have a collar, leash, or tags for her. Do you need me to provide any of these for her? Litter box? Juliette is an outdoor cat and so she is used to going outside. I have no idea how this would play out on a cross-country trip. We can supply a litter box along with some leaves that would have a smell she would recognize. Meds and food are pretty easy. She eats dry food and takes her pills with Pillpockets. Thanks! -- Bob C. I am leaving Fl on Mon and would be in your area on Mon evening or Tue morning. If you want to take some time and see if you can get her use to the kennel that would be good. Im sure she would settle down for the ride. Most of my pets do after about a day.I have not been doing many trips west because of winter so Im not sure when the next trip will be. Response: I drive a Dodge Durrango and on this trip I will have 2 puppies and one Husky. If your kennels not big enough I have a kennel that I will use that gives room for laying, liter, food and water. When I stop at night your cat will have head of the hotel room. (5/11/2008)
