Question: Hello. Would this be available for pick up on 1/6? Delivery would be within 5 days. Might there be someone available to help with loading & unloading or do we need to provide 2 people? Are there any stairs to contend with on either end? (12/27/2007)
Response: Yes, available for pick up on 1/6. On pick up side: no stairs and someone will be able to help load. On delivery side, there are no stairs for the couch, but the fouton will require one flight of stairs. Fouton is dissassembled, so the pieces are light. There will be someone to help on the delivery side as well. (12/28/2007)
