Question: What is your target for this transport? Everyone has something in mind. (8/19/2008)
Response: It will cost us $1300-$1500 to go get it ourselves. If I can get someone to haul it safely for around that amount, I'm willing to pay it. In fact, I'd much rather do that. (8/20/2008)
Response: Investigate your transporter for PROPER AUTHORITY as uship suggests. Uship provides a link to the FMCSA website so you may check on the carriers STATUS,INSURANCE if not it could be very costly. The forums in the community section is a good place to ask questions. (8/21/2008)

Question: I see your asking for insurance, just remember insurance to cover boats is not included in a normal cargo policy,they need the rider/endorsement for boats. (8/19/2008)
Question: I am working on a trailer to Sacramento, and if I win that job I'd pull your boat to you for $2,872 with all the DOT/MC numbers and full insurance for your boat. Please see my provider page for feedback and references. I'll submit a formal bid if I get the going west part together. Thanks for your time.
