Response: Hi there - What a great page you have ! Wonderful stories & reviews which is very reassuring for me. My situation is probably not unique but it is for me & my lab, Mack. I'm relocating to CA this month from NJ. Mack is my baby - he just turned 9 years old but he has special needs. He's got a wonderful temperament, very loving. But, he has epilepsy treated by medication. He hasn't had a seizure in years, his meds prevent that. I'm highly concerned about him making the trip to CA so I'm looking for a reliable provider. Putting him as cargo on a plane scares me. He's never been in a crate before, he's a big guy that needs to be near people. I can be flexible on dates. Mack will be staying with my parents in CT after my departure. He can be picked up close to them & dropped off close to me in the CA area. Thanks. (11/7/2009)

Response: Thank you for your compliments on our services. Have been doing it for years and have many repeat clients, which does say alot! I agree with you 100% about shipping by air. It is one of the most stressful things anyone could do to their pet. Giving medications is no problem, many of our passengers are on meds for one reason or another. Seeing Mack is not use to being crated, and the fact that it is a USDA requirement for their safety, same as the seatbelt law, we could use an extra large wire crate which allows them more visability and has always worked well with other pets we have transported that are not use being in confinement. We would be able to get Mack safely to CA, door to door for $925. We will be on the east coast for pick up around Dec. 4-6th. The trip will be about 4 days providing weather/driving conditions are good however with winter upon us we take no chances with our precious cargo so could be longer. Response: Hi there - Thank you. I'm very interested but have a lot questions for you. My dog is my baby, so I'm concerned about this trip. How would you transport Mack ? Would he be in the truck with you ? Are you transporting other animals at the same time ? Where do you stay during the trip and where would Mack be during the nights ? Response: Mack would be by my sides at all time I usally sleep inside my truck, if I stay in a hotel mack will be in the room with me with his own bed. I would prefer to meet of a close highway,but if door to door is what you want that is what you will get. I am high passionate about animals and mack will not be stuck in some cage he will have the entire back seat to himself. Your dog will be the only one with me during this transport due to his medical condition. Either myself my brother or uncle will be taking him to you and all treat dog's the same way. My uncle stays inside hotels every night and mack will be inside with him no way would we leave mack outside, I would not leave my child outside while I went to sleep, so I never would a dog.
