Question:

Response:
I am pretty sure this generator has a pintle hitch on the trailer and, sure, it can be pulled by itself. (10/26/2009)
Question:
My rate on this would be $3250 (10/26/2009)
Response:
what kind of equipment do you have? Can we unload with our pickup truck? No shipping dock here. (10/26/2009)
Response:
With a Stepdeck or Flatbed you can get a roll back to unload for $50 or so. (10/26/2009)
Question:
I can get you a much better rate than you have so far but need to know if your dimensions include the tung of the trailer and if the rest are correct.Thank you (10/26/2009)
Response:
I am pretty sure that it is approx 11 ft long including the tongue. How do you plan to haul? We do not have a loading dock here, so I would like to back up a pickup to offload. (10/26/2009)
Response:
We will barge to Seattle then put it on a drop deck.Thank you (10/26/2009)
Response:
Thanks. Could you let me know what this will cost? Thanks, Richard (10/26/2009)
Question:
you should consider barging it to Seattle first (10/26/2009)
Response:
Can you help arrange? Richard (10/26/2009)
Response:
If your trailer is narrow enough to fit into a dry van I'll have a truck in Anchorage on Nov 3rd if that interests you IMLxLandstar (10/28/2009)

Response:
Your probably right. I have a similar machine here and I will go measure. Richard (10/26/2009)
Question:
Is this load time-sensitive? If you are willing to wait 1-2 weeks this could potentially be moved at a huge discount compared to your typical OTR shipping and hauling. (11/6/2009)
Response:
I can wait up to two weeks but I do have a customer for the unit and will loose a sale if it is over two weeks. Richard (11/6/2009)
Response:
OK. I am waiting for one last bit of info before I provide a quote that includes steamship from AK to WA. I'll submit my bid once I receive it - which should be this afternoon. (11/6/2009)
Question:
Were you able to obtain dimensions that include the trailer? I imagine it's somewhere closer to: Length: 16ft Width: 6ft Height: 8ft Weight: 8000lbs Can you please confirm? (11/6/2009)
Response:
Very close. All correct except it is about 7 ft wide. Richard (11/6/2009)
