Response: We are looking to get our horse out of here earlier than they could do it. It is a great price but we are on a very tight budget due to medical problems that very recently arose. Response: will have to see if we can, but at 885 that is about 790 to me and with 3 nights on the rode at 25 to 30 per night we are left with about 700 to me with a 2100 mile trip that is very cheap. Response: Good luck with your surgery. But unfortunately, I can't match the numbers that those people are throwing at you here. I doubt very much that they'll put their numbers in an official bid. Response: Hi, My husband responded for me a couple of days ago, and was just wanting to put something in myself. I just had major surgery about 7 weeks ago. I am not in Oregon right now Me and my two kids are in Arizona. My husband had to stay to finish work and pack. Anyway, I just had a transporter try and pick up my horse on the 12th. She is not used to trailers so she was really scared at first, but then she was ok and walked on and off the trailer 3 times. Because he had short dividers he was afraid that she could hurt her legs or something. I was devistated! And he was a really nice guy and was even going to give me a break and haul her for $885. Response: Hi, I really need to get my horse to Oklahoma, I just had a transporter that was going to haul her for $885 because he was very nice and I had just gone through major surgery and he knew I needed the break and that I am a nice person. But my horse was not the easiest to get on the trailer and the way his trailer was it would have been dangerous for her. He had low dividers and was afraid she would hurt her leg. He did get her to go on and off his trailer 3 times with no problem. Basically, she doesn't trailer much and she was scared, but then she was ok. I think if somebody had a bigger divider it wouldn't be a problem. I know my horse and she travels very well once you get going. If you think you might be able to safely get her there let me know what you think Thanks (7/16/2008)
