Response: Gary, Trying to stay within $8,500 - $10,000 range. This is about what the military will reimburse me. We've had a home moved previously and came pretty close to budget. Target Time frame is 17 - 26 November. WINKVNV (11/1/2008)

Response: Gary, I'll take care of the disconnects, and unanchor. Services required: Install your rental axles,and wheels. Install homeowners hitch, and unblock at Cheswick, PA. --- Block, and level , remove your rental axles,wheels in Rockland, ME. Will you check local(Cheswick)area roads , intersections for accesibility ? Some are narrow. Please itemize in estimate(labor for unblock /reset, rental axles,tires, permits,escorts, and other fees). Question: I will put together estimate as you requested,But how would i get it to you? u ship rules dont allow any contact info.etc. I can bid the job and show you the itemized list after we agree to the cost. are you going to be in maine when we arrive? Response: I guess that once we decide on a mover u ship will allow direct communication. We will be at the property in Rockland, Maine when the home arrives. Access shouldn't be a problem as there are several mobile homes in the vicinity now. I have a gravel driveway (about 200') to the cement slab with slight grade. Getting it through Cheswick (specifically Rich Hill Road)was my main concern. (11/3/2008)
Question: hello, I just checked into the area you are wanting to go into, we may need to bring a jade(a machine that picks the home up and works it around tight spots) we would supply that in our quote . as well as cover all downtime etc. thanks (11/3/2008)
Response: There shouldn't be a problem getting into the destination area. There have been several mobile homes put in the vicinity, and one family member recently had a home moved across our property to his site without incident. However..., in the event that a jade is required ,is it a major added expense ? My concern was getting it through Cheswick, PA (specifically Rich Hill Road to Route 28 and/or Turnpike. (11/3/2008)
Response: hello, the jade would be included. we would include a route survey as well to aquire the proper routing for permits. i would also come meet you and go over the whole process before we finalized the deal to make sure we had all the problems worked out, makes it easier on the customer and drivers if it is all planned in advance. thanks (11/3/2008)
