Household Goods Shipment Information
  • Lot of Household Goods to Be Stored & Moved
  • Total Number of Items: 1
  • Total Weight:15000 lbs
  • Palletized:No
  • Crated:No
  • Stackable:Yes
  • Item #1
  • Description: We need to get about 15 trailer or container feet of miscellaneous household goods from CA to MO
  • Dimensions: L: 15 ft 0 in  W: 8 ft 0 in  H: 8 ft 0 in
  • Weight: 15000 lbs
Additional Information: We are moving from CA back to MO, had all our stuff loaded in a semi trailer, & our semi tractor broke down. And we haven't had any luck finding a way to get the whole trailer sent to MO. So...the current plan is to unload the trailer, jettison what we can, load what we can onto a trailer behind our van, and pack the rest into a storable container, to be stored for a couple of months till we can have it shipped to us in Eldridge, MO (or at least Springfield, as Eldridge is very rural). If help with loading is available, it would REALLY speed things up. We are currently basically stranded in the SF Bay Area, complete with dog, cat, baby, & toddler, & we NEED to get this load settled & us on the road! The trailer is currently in Redwood City, CA, & we need to move it to a storage facility today. SO...if you have a lot where we can unload the trailer into a container (paying storage fees for the trailer, I expect), so much the better. We then plan to sell or scrap the trailer. Everything is already boxed & loaded. It's just a matter of unloading & reloading, which ought to go fairly quickly. Report a Violation

Questions for this shipment:

Question: I have a driver offloading in LA today, he will have about 20 feet of truck space available tomorrow, Friday at the latest. He can do it for $2800, plus our USHIP fees. SORRY ABOUT YOUR SITUATION! PC (10/28/2009)
Question: Hello I have a 28' goose neck van trailer, I will be in that area on 11/14 or 11/15 and can load your belongings up and deliver to Missouri in 3 to 5 days foe 1898.00. let me know if this will work for you and we will get this set up.Our home base is north of Kansas City and I hope we can help you out... rodmary64024 (10/28/2009)
Question: I could help you ASAP! I live in San Bruno, CA. and I have storage in Belmont, CA. and family in Baxter Springs, KS. off I-44! Let's come up with something that would work for boath of us. Thank you. (10/29/2009)
Response: You sound like you could be the answer to a prayer! Would you have a big enough storage space for a 40-foot trailer as is, or what sort of storage do you have? Right now, even a safe place to leave the trailer for a couple of months (which we would pay a reasonable rate for, of course) while we haul part of its contents back to MO (in a rented or craigslist-bought trailer hitched to our van) & come back for the rest would be an immense help. The place where it is right now is a tow yard, & the tow truck people want to take it elsewhere in the morning. We will also be off of I-44. Eldridge is near Lebanon, MO. Maybe leave a bid for a storage rate & then I can give you contact info? (10/29/2009)
Response: I tell you what we can do the only way to get my contac info would be for me to place a bid and then you accept. We can work everything else out after we talk over the phone. Thank you. (10/29/2009)
Question: Are you going to rent a u-haul trailer to pull behind your van? Thank you. (10/29/2009)
Response: If we can't find something on craigslist to buy cheaper (10/29/2009)
Response: If you are going to rent a truck let me know? I can get you a 26'truck for around $1000.00. Thank you. (10/29/2009)
Question: WHEN DO YOU NEED THIS PACKED AND DELIVERED THANKS JIM (10/30/2009)
