Response: The lady that has it says it is in their backyard. When she bought it-it was delivered on a flat bed trailer. My house is fenced, I would arrange to have some people there to put the house where I want it after you bring it in. No need for any fence removal. (10/26/2007)

Response: I don't know about the seller's yard, she said it was brought to her on a flat bed trailer when she bought it. I have a circular driveway and another driveway(single wide) where another gate is. I figured if you get it near the gate or driveway, I would have some people there to locate it where I wanted it to go?! I believe the seller is elderly, since she bought it for her grandkids that outgrew it, so no help should be expected on that side. Thanks! (10/29/2007)

Response: I've never used this site before so I don't know if all the questions asked of me is posted for all to see. I am buying this from an elderly couple who's grandkids outgrew the playhouse. They had it delivered fully assembled on a flat bed trailer. It is in their backyard and will not be able to help to get it loaded. I planned on having some people at my house(coordination a factor) to help with unloading it. The truck cannot be a semi-I was thinking of renting a flat trailer and attaching it to my chevy 3500, but because it is wide, I am out of my league and will leave it to a professional. (10/29/2007)
