Question: Hello when is your planed move date? (3/15/2009)
Response: Hi thanks for the bid, I am relatively flexible regarding move date. However, I need to sign the new lease before I confirm any bids. That should happen tomorrow. They are asking me to sign as of the 25th, and I have my current apt until April 1st. It will be hard to move on the 25th since my work schedule is crazy, but I am thinking Sun March 29th or Mon March 30th would be the most likely dates. Let me know if you are booked on these dates. Response: Hi, the move in date for my move has been confirmed for Sunday March 29th. I would need to start loading at 9-10 am.(The elevator is confirmed for 12noon-3pm at the unload location.) The new building requires the mover to have "a certificate of insurance" and "additional insurance". If this is not available, they will not allow us in the building. Please confirm that you have this before I make a decision on the bid. Thanks (3/18/2009)
