Response: That's fine. Seems a you've cancelled a few of your appointments recently...if I accept the bid can you guarantee that you'd be here the morning of the 30th? Which means you have no scheduling conflits. I'd expect that you'd put that guarantee in your binding contract...is that fine with you? (7/26/2009)
Response: Yes we will be there and those cancellations were from move coming out of california to ny were the customers didnot make themselves available for pick up..... We are local to ny but do cover the entire country.... (7/27/2009)
