Specific Items and Additional Information: We have purchased 20 7' desks, 2 small desks, 3 rolling chairs, 10 small rolling drawer units and 1 tall lateral file for our business to be deliverd from 2 different warehouses to our office on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator. Response: I don't know the weight of the desks...they are just table tops with legs, no drawers..so they shouldn't be too heavy. Yes, we are hoping to have this done for $250. Basically we have to get furniture from one warehouse at Skinner/290 and another at Louetta/249 to bring these items to our office at a 77036 zip code (close to Bellaire/BW8). Thanks. (1/28/2009)

Response: Hello. Basically we have to get furniture from one warehouse at Skinner/290 and another at Louetta/249 (20 minutes apart from eachother) to bring these items to our office at a 77036 zip code (close to Bellaire/BW8- about 30 minutes from the warehouses). These items would need to be picked up from the warehouses before 5 p.m. because they are from HP which is only open during normal office hours. WE are able to bring the furniture into our office building at any time we want. We won't have anyone to help getting the items at the warehouses but may have help unloading them at the office but would prefer to have you and your staff do that if possible. The desks are standard commercial grade desks with legs but no drawers...shouldn't be too heavy but I don't know the exact weight. Thanks. (1/28/2009)

Question: Hello we are a local moving and deivery business out of the Katy area and we could do this on Fri. afternoon. Would this time frame work for you and if so are the 2 pickup warehousese in Cypress and the office loaction in Houston on the 6th floor? or are we delivering to a storage uint. and are there time restriction on delivery end of the office building to accese the building on Fri afternoon later afternoon? Response: We can do Fri afternoon we could start around 3 and load if you think 3 people can get it from 2 places in 2 hours we will bid. With out seeing it myself hard to say but if there is easy access and the desk have no drawers and other items other than the 3 drawer file cabinet are small items i think we should be able to do it fine.
