Question: How many computers? Are there any file cabinets? Do I need to supply the boxes for the supplies? Are there boxes of computer paper? Response: There are 5 desk top computers and 6 printers, 1 small filing cabinet, yes we need boxes (or I could pick them up somewhere depending on price), one box of computer/printer paper, fax machine, 6 chairs-no desks, misc. office supplies, books,etc. This is a semi-small job. Response: How many bowes do you think would be needed for the Misc office supplies and the books. With what you are describing it would probably take two trips in my cargovan. If things work out could be done in about 1/2 day. Response: We have about 4 full shelves of misc office supplies. I would say about 6-10 med size boxes would be all we need. We can also load items in my Tahoe and other employee's SUVs. It would probably only take one trip. Do you want to price it for labor only and I will rent a u-haul too along with a charge to use your carivan? (4/8/2009)

Response: Thank you. I would only need my cargo van as it is 12' in length and if I needed two trips would be no problem. I have furniture blankets to cover the computes and use the boxes to seperate them while in transit. Response: How much do you charge per hour? We have a very strict budget so price is of the up most importance...We have the following inventory:
-a two-drawer filing cabinet holds about 50 legal sized files
-about 30 files that need boxed in legal sized boxes
-5 work stations including printers, desk items that need packed, tape dispensers, phones,etc. need packed/unpacked
-full supply cabinet that needs packed/unpacked (several boxes needed)
-Paper shreder
-White board
-2 server desk top computers
-4 desk top computers (I included this above in the work stations but the other 2 employees have lap tops)
-6 chairs
-Other misc. items need packed/unpacked

Response: What size truck do you have that the truck fee would be $50? The offices are about 3 miles apart. There is very minimal work involved as there are no large items. Everything is very light and should be fairly easy to pack/unpack as well as load/unload. Thanks. (4/8/2009)
