Response: Hi, On the description page for your company you mention a Flat Price option, how can I get this? Im more comfortable knowing exactly what Ill be charged ahead of time as Im working with a very limited budget. Also there will be nothing to disassemble and reassemle at either location only wrapping 2-3 items in moving blankets and heavy lifting. I plan to box almost everyhting myself and move alot of it to the ground floor ahead of time. Parking at the pickup is hit or miss, Ive seen most people just double park unless there is a large enough opening for the truck by the hydrant in front of the building. The new location is on such a quiet street that double parking should not be a problem. Response: I wanted to stay at 375ish knowing that tipping each guy 50 would bring me to 525. Is that crazy? Im just moving 2 neighborhoods over. What I listed in my ad is very accurate to whats truly in my apt. Again I will do almost all packing myself as its all clothes books and a few kitchen items. I was planning to move the light boxes to the first floor on my own before anyone got there. I really just need the guys to wrap a few items in blankets and move the large items for me. (5/19/2009)
Response: Thanks for being honest, the best I can do is FLAT $ 500 , tipping is optional (100 is enough for 3 guys). The only problem is, you have to stay by the truck while we loading, unloading and try to avoid parking ticket ($115). if we get one it's either on you or we have to share it. Also I am wondering if you'll have those blankets available to wrap my tv and mirror in as well as a nice cabinet with glass? Also if I have something odd like a lamp would you have a few extra boxes with you the day of the move for any last minute items I dont have a box for?
