Response: Hi. Thanks for the bid. Couple more questions - when you say the bid is a "flat rate", what does that mean? What is the $17 "Match Deposit"? (11/4/2009)
Response: hi, thanks for responding, flat rate is total cost to you, no extra charges, no taxes added, etc. $17 fee is a deposit you pay with your credit card in order for you to make this transaction or accept bid, that amount will be then deducted from total, so you pay rest of that balance after job is complete, thanks, Daniel.
