Questions for this shipment:

Question: i would be interested i usualy charge 2.50 a mile (3/2/2006)
Response: Thats alot more than I paid for my last load out of there w/tolls included! I will keep you in mind and if you can do for less let me know. I also will have a Co.in NY to haul from! Al (3/2/2006)
Question: Hello, I am based out of Colorado Spings Co. I currenly have a 53ft. flatbed with 44ft. of lower deck space. I currenly hall trailers for Pace and Haulmark. I have $1,000,000.00 liability insurance and $250,000.00 cargo. I run late model equipment and we are very reliable. I am heading to the east coast but I am currently loaded. Do you ever have laods going west? I am currently charging $1.75 per loaded mile and hope I can be of service to you now or in the future. We are working on some modifications that will allow us to hall more trailers than ever possible in one trip, and it is legal. Hope to hear from you soon and look forward to working with you. Dan (3/2/2006)
Response: Hi Dan, 1.75 sounds much better so if you become available in a week or so let me know. I do not have anything going back. (3/2/2006)
Question: Hi: I am located in close to Lansing Michigan, I'll be traveling out to the east coast here in a couple weeks and would haul the trailers for $1,500.00. But my trailer is 40' long on the deck. I've got a 2002 F 550 deisel truck with a western hauler bed, I haul in style!!! I would either need to be loaded on a loading dock or have them lifted up, and you would have to determin if they would fit on that trailer. Trailer is rated for 20,000 # and is approx. 40" to top of deck. Let me know if this is a go and I'll enter my bid. Thanks Mervin (3/2/2006)
Response: Mervin, I don't think they will fit on your trailer. You will have 40' of box's + the tongues which brings it up to 52.6". The wedge guys pull the first one way up the goose and tuck the others underneath each other[sometimes removing the jacks]. You can run an overhang so if you want to meausure it out heres the 3 total legnths! 12' @ 16'3", 12' @ 16'3" and a 16' @ 20'.Let me know and I will meausure our doch hgt; Al (3/2/2006)
Question: Hello, Dan from 3D Solutions, do you forklift load and unload? I do have the trailer ball track down the center of the trailer so load and unload is very easy. If you have this ability I will bid for $1725.50, that is $1.75 per loaded mile plus my uship fee. Hopefully we can eliminate that in the future. Let me know and I will send you the certificate of insurance. (3/3/2006)
Response: Dan, That sounds like a fair price. I,m confused' you have the ball track, on a wedge or flatbed? If a wedge why can't we use the winch in reverse to unload? We also have a open dock in the yard, I will check the height later this morning Thank's Al (3/3/2006)
Question: I don't anticipate being out that way for this load, but if you have trailers out of NY state that's pretty easy for us to accomdate anytime. Thanks, Peter (3/4/2006)
Response: Peter, Working on Co. in Cario NY. You will see it here! Thanks for reply. Al (3/4/2006)
Question: Hi Al, Dan from 3D Solutions, yes I do have a flatbed with a ball track. I had it built special. I do have a winch and have built custom ramps so that by the next load we will be able to load and unload with no problems. This gives us allot more versatility when it comes to return loads and helps us reduce cost to the customer. If you accept my bid we could talk and I would be able to make delivery for you in a week to ten days. Look forward to doing business with you. Dan (3/4/2006)
Response: Dan, The hgt of our dock is 36" +/-but our fork lift is too small for the 16'er. If they can load the 2 12' trailers facing forward and the 16' backwards we could use ramps and winch. I will check Monday to see if they can fork load! I if I don't get a lower bid between now and then you will get it! My Co. Name is New England Trailers, Al (3/4/2006)
