Question: Hello shipper, I have a possable load returning from Savannah Ga. to Greensboro NC this weekend 2-4 May. The truck returning has two men on it so they could also help the customer place the trees where needed. Trees would be protected from the wind as well. I am hoping to recieve this load within the next 24 Hrs. or sooner. If you have not accepted a bid by then we will bid on this shipment matching prices and add it to our return load. Thanks so much. Response: We will contact the tree purchaser this morning and see if he can accept shipment over the weekend. We had made tentative arrangement with a shipper but could not work out the timing so the load is still available. If you wish to submit a bid, please do so and if the owner can take delivery this weekend we will proceed. Our tree farm is open 7 days a week so no problem with pickup time at all.

I have re-contacted the company of the load we are waiting on as of 7:00 A.M. this morning to please expedite a reply. I will contact you immediately upon recieving that reply.
*** If your customer cannot recieve trees over the weekend we are able to secure them here in our warehouse in Hickory N.C. and provide your customer with a Monday or Tuesday delivery in Greensboro. I would not want to keep them any longer than that due to freshness at delivery ! There would also be an additional $60.00 charge added for the additional trip from Hickory to Greensboro and return. It's obvious thats simply covering costs no additional pay.

I have contacted our customer and he would love to have the trees this weekend. It will be perfect timing for him to try to find some assistance with the trees. He was also very happy that there will be 2 men delivering, as these trees can be quiet heavy for one person. Can't thank you enough for your assistance and flexibility.

Response: Hi Tina, Please be advised that we are waiting on a load from Charlotte to Savannah. Then we have a pick up in Savannah and will swing by and add your load as well. I would like Duane to know if we do not get the load to Savannah this trip will not go. That is only fair. If he gets another offer that works for him we will understand. I met his book it now price just to get the load and have notified him several times. As of 7:00 A.M. this morning. No response. I have begun to look for another load in that direction and will cancel his bid at noon today due to his actions. I also passed on to Tina to tell you if you get another hauler we will not be offended if you accept there bid. I see Ken is trying to help you as well. Response: Hi Duane, I really wish we could have helped you with this. As of now I am cancelling our bid with the primary shipper. While waiting, I did some detective work. he has several complaints for not accepting his own buy it now features. 3 are posted at this time ! I have spent the last hour reporting him to ship due to his actions. you have suffered, your buyer, my shipper in Savannah, and myself because of one man abusing the system and looking for a better deal than he himself posted. If you care to look. search shipments from Charlotte to Savannah 2005 caterpillar 303 mini excavator. He also has a dozer posted and a bobcat out of greensboro

Response: Just talked with our tree buyer and is waiting to receive them. Stay in touch and perhaps we can work this out. We have been trying to make arrangements with another service provider but he was unable to reach another shipper that would have put him near us. As of this time we are not committed and in need of making this shipment.
