Question: HELLO AGAIN, SORRY.......ETA... WE WOULD CALL HIM AS TO TIME SO THAT HE WOULD HAVE THE TIME HE NEEDS. WOULD THAT WORK 4 HIM???? (11/30/2008)

Response: Vicki,
Thanks for the response once more. To clear up something, I (LHBCORP or Shannon) am in Ar., I have purchased the item in PA from a man there. I have to pay for the item to be brought from his place to mine, which is in Hot Springs Village, Ar. just south of I-40.
Not trying to be a hassle, but I think we can work this out where everyone will benefit. I just need to tell him ( the man in PA) approx. 2-3 day before you would arrive to pick-up the loader.
Sorry for the long explaination, just wanted you guy's to understand everything going on.
Is there not a way we can communicate over the ph., this is the 1st time I have used "uship", if so let me know.
Thanks again,
Shannon
P.S. - I will check my inbox about 5am central time on Monday. (11/30/2008)

Response: HELLO AGAIN, NO NEED TO BE SORRY AT ALL. WE ARE SOMEWHAT NEW TO USHIP AS WELL. UNTIL THE BID IS ACCEPTED WE HAVE NO WAY OF TALKING OTHER THAN THIS WAY,ONCE THE BID IS ACCEPTED USHIP WILL GIVE YOU OUR INFO. THEN YOU MAY CALL ME. I DO UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING THE SITUATION IS WITH THE MAN YOU BOUGHT THIS FROM IN PA... I GAVE YOU A WINDOW OF DATES PRETTY OPEN, THATS SO THAT WE DO NOT MESS UP ON ANY PICK UPS OR DELIVERY. JEFF WILL HAVE A FEW ALONG THE WAY TO YOU. HOWEVER HE OR I WILL CALL YOU 2-3 DAYS OUT FROM THE PICK UP IN PA. SO THAT YOU MAY HAVE TIME TO CALL THE SELLER THERE TO LET HIM KNOW WE WILL BE THERE AND THEN THE DAY BEFORE JEFF WILL CALL AGAIN TO MAKE SURE YOU AND THE SELLER ARE READY. WE WILL HAVE PHONE CONTACT ALL THE WAY WITH YOU AND YOU WILL HAVE JEFFS CELL PHONE SO IF EVER YOU WANT TO KNOW PROGRESS YOU WILL BE ABLE TO KNOW FOR YOURSELF JUST WHAT IS GOING ON. JEFF WILL ALSO CALL PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO YOU SO THAT YOU ARE READY. WE FEEL GOOD COMMUNICATION IS GOOD..... (12/1/2008)

Question: I ran out of characters on the response in my bid details so i figured I would fill you in further here. I also provide nightly emails from my truck with the daily progress of the shipment so you will know exactly where I am and what the tentative delivery date would be as I go along. The exact dates can be narrowed down better as I get closer to you. (12/1/2008)

Response: Sounds good Shannon.
Will you send me copies of Ins. & doc.'s? And when do you think you would be in PA to pick-up item?
Thanks Again (12/1/2008)

Response: Upon acceptance I can have my agent provide you with any insurance papers you wish directly or you can verify anything regarding my licensing and ins by going directly to the FMCSA site using my DOT/MC numbers provided in my profile. Exchanging any type of that info prior to acceptance is against uship rules that I could get suspended for. (12/1/2008)

Response: Not a problem. I still would kinda like to know an approx. ETA to Hot Springs, Ar.
Thanks (12/1/2008)

Response: Within 10 days. From where I am here on the west coast it would take me about 6-7 days to get out to PA. Once picked up she would take me an additional 2-3 days to get her to you in AR. Keep in mind that Mother Nature is wreaking havoc on the roads here in the west now and it is heading east so my tentative dates are barring any road closures or delays. Wish I could be more precise but in the winter it is difficult to pinpoint exact times. I can advise you everyday as I go if I am selected. (12/1/2008)

Response: Sounds reasonable, and do understand the road. I have traveled through there myself during winter.
Let's get this deal done. I like your communication, and once again sorry for all the questions.
I purchase equipment on the west coast often, I think this will work out well.
Thanks,
Shannon (12/1/2008)

Response: Thanks you. I appreciate it. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. If there is anything I can do to help answer any questions please do not hesitate to ask. Shannon (12/1/2008)

Response: Shannon,
I accepted your bid online, and completed the payment they had asked for. Did you recieve a confirmation from "Uship"? Have you rec'd my information?
Thanks,
Shannon (12/2/2008)

Response: Hi. I have not yet recieved any type of confirmation from uship. If you click on the accept bid tab it will guide you through the whole thing and then notify me right away. If you have done that it should let me know and I can get your contact info and call you. It hasn't let me know as of yet. usually it does it instantly. Try clicking the accept tab again. As soon as you and it gives you my contact info give me a shout right away. I am driving through a snow storm right now so I am not online as much today. Thanks. (12/2/2008)

Question: Hi, I'm still interested if you haven't already made arraignments, if you could answer my questions. Thanks (12/2/2008)

Response: Goldbloom,
I am sorry, but this is the 1st mess. I have recieved from your firm.
Please return with you're question.
Thanks (12/2/2008)

Response: Hi, I was the first question in the Q&A section. Anyway, I am a legal owner/operator with VALID Motor Carrier and USDOT numbers and COMMERCIAL liability and cargo insurance (required for interstate "for hire" transport). Please review my feedback, although I haul for several tractor/equipment companies so have plenty of ref's. What I asked was; I am a little confused on dimensions but to make it simple, I have a 25' X 8.5' flatbed goose neck trailer. I think from your explanation it would fit. Also I had asked when you want this done? Are you a construction company in AR or are you the seller or a broker? Thanks (12/2/2008)

Response: Yes I do remember. And yes I did answer your mail. I explained the load was approx. 30' long, and you're GN trailer would work if you had a 25' of deck. If it's a 20+5, it will not.
Yes I am a home builder in Hot Springs, Ar. Why?
Thanks (12/2/2008)

Response: Hi, my trailer is 25' deck and 8 1/2' wide. Reason I asked if its going to you, is there are a lot of unlicensed brokers and people trying to make a buck on other people's transporting. There are many that say anything they want in their profiles, and use false MC#'s, etc., I suspect that's why Uship posted a recent note recommending prospective shippers to VERIFY service providers' credentials. Anyway looks like you've got someone you're working with, if it doesn't work out for some reason, I'm available. Thanks (12/3/2008)

Response: HEy, I can see why you would be a little jumpy. That would get under my skin as well. I will sure keep you in mind. I have not made a choice.
How long would it take you to pick-up and deliver, and when could you do this?
Thanks (12/3/2008)

Response: Hi, well I assumes it can't be picked up on weekend since its a place of business, but I think I could pickup next week and get to you in 3 days. Thanks (12/3/2008)

Question: I haven't received anything as of yet. Try the process again and let me know. Thanks. Shannon. (12/2/2008)

Response: Shannon,
I'll try again. What concerns me is I have already entered my CC info once, and they show payment confirm and bid accepted?
Should I call to confirm, or just click again.
I truelly am not trying to be a big pain the Butt!
I just pulled up my email, sorry for not replying sooner.
Thanks Shannon L. (12/2/2008)

Response: No problem. I understand. I would try it again and check with the CC company and uship. The spot is still open for you so when it gets sorted out my entire trailer is available for you. (12/2/2008)

Response: HEy gal,
Sounds great I'm working on it this morning!
Talk with you soon.
Shannon (12/3/2008)
