Question:
Any idea on weight 10000lbs?? How soon do you want it done? (4/16/2009)
Response:
8000 lbs needs to be here by the 29th (4/20/2009)
Response:
I can pull this with my powerstroke, I have a receiver rated to handle it. I had to pull an 8000# pintle hitch flatbed from Indiana to Lousiana with the air brakes disengaged. Not many people are equiped to do so as I can with a transmission brake on top of my regular brakes. Is the wiring a 6 pin or 7 pin? Either way Ive got my truck setup 4pin5pin6pin and7-just no air. Your time frame doesnt give enough time to sufficiantly book other loads-what kind of strapping devices are inside that I could hook my straps to? what is the gate ramp rated for in weight? being that this thing isnt a 2500 lb boat and trailer you need to ask what would be used to pull it with since I know of people trying to use a dodge dakota to pull these heavy loads-this may be the way to go if you're wanting to collect on Insurance! Ill do it for a 1.00 a mile with half down and rest on delivery. If I find something to carry and I will browse after I leave this message Ill get back with you on a better ratetonight (4/20/2009)
Question:
are your demensions correct? 5' 2'' wide? (4/17/2009)
Response:
sorry, the width is 8 and ahalf wide...8000 lbs is the weight of the trailer (4/20/2009)
Response:
How soon can it be picked up? (4/20/2009)
Response:
i presume tday! (4/20/2009)
Response:
Can a 1 ton Dually do this? (4/20/2009)
Response:
yes, it takes a 2-5 16 inch ball. the trailer weighs 8000lbs, shouldnt be a problem...what motor in your dually? (4/20/2009)
Response:
we can do this. When is your deadline for delivery? (4/20/2009)
Response:
i would like it by the 29th if possible,,please (4/20/2009)
Question:
When do you need this done by? Thanks Seth (4/20/2009)
Response:
29th of this month (4/20/2009)
Response:
What kind of floor surface does this have? Is it a 32ft or 35ft long trailer. I would guess its a tri axle trailer. Also is there a spare tire to go with this? (4/20/2009)
Response:
yes it has a spare tire, tri-axel and its a 32 foot box.. tell me when u can have it here, evidently the 29th is unrealistic? thx rick (4/21/2009)
Response:
I will be back with you! Is the lift inside this trailer, which I assume it is. But I wanted to ask. Thanks Seth (4/21/2009)
Response:
yes, i assume it is thhx' rick (4/21/2009)
Response:
let me figure out what dates work the best for me. I will try to get it asap. Seth (4/21/2009)
Response:
i will need a copy of your insurance 30,000.00 value and again the dates you can do, and what are you towing it with (4/22/2009)
Response:
I will present insurance at the time of pick up which will cover this for up to 170k. Also I will be using a f350 for this move and it is diesel. I look forward to working with you. First of next week on pick up. I should deliver on the 29th. Thanks Seth (4/22/2009)
Question:
Does the trailer have electric or air brakes? (4/20/2009)
Response:
value is 30,000.00 electric brakes (4/20/2009)
Response:
I am starting to feel that maybe it's just to big for a 1 ton. What normally pulls this (4/20/2009)
Response:
a dodge one ton dually normally tows this thx Rick (4/20/2009)
Question:
you still want me to re bid this job? (4/20/2009)
Response:
yes, rebid if you can have it here by the 29th (4/20/2009)
Question:
Hey, Maybe I can help. I pull my 48' enclosed race trailer and when it cas my car in it, it weighs with all tools and everything right at 18K lbs, you can look in my pics and see my two trailers. I live in Tn.(knoxville)and will be leaving first of next week to come to our home in San Dimas, Ca. 91773 I have to bring on of my 69 camaros out there and could put this in your trailer, but I will be pulling this with my Short wheel base single rear tire F350. I know you should use a toter home to pull this, but since it will only have my car the weight shouldnt be more then 3000 over empty trailer weight. what do you think? Are the Santa Anawind blowing know? MPG will be crap towing this, let me know. (4/21/2009)
Response:
IDont see that there is any problem with what you have going. How Much? When, what date can you get it here i nneed it badly THX Rick no santa anas, they are quiting and the temps are to be in the 60-70 range by thursday friday.. (4/21/2009)
Question:
I also meant to ask you, does this stacker have the lift in it? and is 8000 the correct weight? Im hoping lift is in it to help with low center of gravity. let me know (4/21/2009)
Response:
lift is it it, it weighs 8000 lbs thx rick (4/21/2009)
Response:
Can you tell me what the tounge weight is on this trailer empty? we could do this, I live about 3 hours from where the trailer is, Im in Knoxville. I can go get it tomorrow and tow it back to Knoxville since im not ready to leave for SoCal yet. If it towes fine behind my truck, I will bring it to SoCal with me and my car and have it to you by the end of the week. If its not doable, you can leave the trailer parked at our place until you can find someone with a toter home to pull it out there as long as it within a couple of weeks. let me know if thats of interest, and we can work out something from there. (4/21/2009)
Response:
how much? i do not know how to find out the tougne weight? rick (4/21/2009)
Response:
Rick, sorry for the delay in getting back to you, but I went over to a friends of mine last nite who has a 34' stacker and he said NO WAY would he pull a staker with an F350 across the country, he said across town, short distance fine. He said the manufacture of his trailer said either a diesel pusher coach, toterhome or F650 to tow his. So im sorry, im out. (4/22/2009)

Question:
