Question: Hi do both Locations have a forklift if it was on a pallet to load and unload also can this pickup in RI on a Saturday morning and deliver directly to Philadelphia by noon (9/9/2009)

Response: The pickup location has a forklift and loading dock. The drop off doesn't have either (9/9/2009)

Response: Well with no forklift on the destination no way to get out of the back of a pickup sounds like you need a truck with a lift gate good luck with your shipment... (9/9/2009)

Question: Is this unit on wheels (9/9/2009)

Response: Te unit is on wheels (9/9/2009)

Response: Hi Shipper,You are getting very low bids..good for you. Please remember that we have cargo insurance, proper authority, etc. We can do both of your shipments for a fair price. (9/9/2009)

Response: Hi, I understand. However, the bid that is $400 includes insurance of up to $25,000 and he beat your bid by hundreds. Can you beat that quote? (9/9/2009)

Response: Hi shipper,That's a good bid ,I would be willing to do both shipments for a price of $679 all inclusive. It would be done asap and even the w/e might work for us.Thank you (9/9/2009)

Response: Hi, right now i'm waiting for the other shipper to reply about him doing both for $582. Beat that and we have a deal. (9/10/2009)

Response: There is no sense of doing it just to do it,there's no money left over after all the expenses associated with this shipment are accounted for.If he does not want to do it for your requested amount,I will still do it for what I told you. Thanks anyway (9/10/2009)

Response: I just got his response of $550 for both so theres always room for improvement. (9/10/2009)

Response: Thanks anyway.Go for it,that's a great bid. (9/10/2009)

Response: k (9/10/2009)

Response: Hi Shipper,If you want us to take care of this, let me know.We will do both shipments for the $679 and both are insured and it will be a done deal.Is the $129 really worth taking a chance? (9/10/2009)

Response: I spoke with my partner and we agree about the insurance issue. How do we proceed because I have two listings and now I need to combine them. Would you just place a new bid with the details such as I have requested?
I would need full value insurance and I will verify it. Let me know how this is done. What dates for delivery? (9/10/2009)

Question: Can the unit be laid down or is stand up required? Does it have to come out of a medical practice and down stairs and the same situation where it is going? Thanks (9/9/2009)

Response: Hi, Im not sure if it can be laid on its side. I would go with no to be safe. However, the item is located on a ground floor business with a forklift and loading dock. The destination office is also on a ground floor with no stairs but it doesn't have a loading dock. (9/9/2009)

Response: Destimation loading dock not needed as I can unload onto the ground. Sounds like it just has to be wheeled in through the door. I'll be in the southeast Mass/Cape area Sun/Mon. Delivery would not be until Weds/Thurs. If this will work for you, I'll submit a formal bid. If you prefer to wait for your expiration to get more bids I can understand. Thanks & Good Luck on your shipment. (9/9/2009)

Response: The scheduling is fine but do you offer insurance? (9/9/2009)

Response: Sorry, I do not. Thanks for your consideration and time and Good Luck with your shipment. (9/9/2009)

Response: , (9/10/2009)

Question: Any new thoughts on my bid? I see you have been conversing with another hauler, and you will note that his price is only $11.00 different from mine if this a stand alone job. I can get the great lower price ONLY by combing the trips. It is up to you which is more important, timing or pricing. Let me know please. (9/10/2009)

Response: Once the last question is answered that I sent then I'll book based upon the answer. As you can see I answer very quickly. (9/10/2009)

Response: As you see, I answer quickly also. You previous question was answered about one hour ago: the insurance is for actual replacement cost of your item, or cost to repair. Liability insurance is something completely different from cargo coverage, and does not apply here. (9/10/2009)
