Additional Information: I would like the boat picked up at my residence. Please include insurance for the value $40000. I want it to be shipped in May/June, but would like to finalize the shipping arrangements as soon as possible.

Question: what is the exact width of trailer or boat widest point (1/31/2008)

Question: Length overall spec on the boat is 22' 6". Accurate measurements are critical on ocean freight - would you please provide the length including trailer? Length must be measured from the tip of the trailer tongue to the rear of the outdrive. Thank you, John JTC Global Transport (2/2/2008)

Response: I just measured it. From end of the propeller to the very front end of the trailer it is 295". However, the front tongue of the trailer can fold which makes the total length 273". (2/2/2008)

Question: First ofall a standard ocean container is 7"8" wide inside dimensiions. Your boat is too wide for a standard container. A 20" flatrack is 8' wide. It appears that your boat is too wide for that as well. I can handle this as special handling cargo but you will have to get it to the Port at Baltimore. CAn you do that? Response: Correct, the boat does not fit inside a container. The weight of the boat is 3500 lbs and I would think the trailer is around 1000 lbs so probably a total of 4500 lbs. I might be able to pull the boat to Baltimore. Please submit a bid for the ocean freight. (2/5/2008)
