Is this item 8' around and strapped to a dolly which makes it stand 9'? Are these the correct measurements? If they are and a dock is available at each end then it should load into an air ride dry van without any problems. Is this going direct to the Sands or offloading at Freeman? Do you have a budget in mind or are you just wanting to see where the bids go? Thanks, Justin
