Response: Hi, There would be 2 men available to help loading at the origin. There is 1 flight of steps (it is a townhouse) at the origin. If needed they can bring it downstairs before you arrive. I have a hand cart available at the delivery point and there is a loading dock and elevator; no steps.; Really my main need is the transport part. Thanks, Joe (6/9/2008)
