Question: hello! piano mover ...have a question on your house level description line...when you say that the piano starts this move from the lower level, does that mean ground level, or is that the basement? let's just simplify...how many steps up or down to get the piano out of the pickup location? thanks much, terry (qualitytransporter) (7/19/2006)

Response: Sorry that was not clear - the piano is in a basement family room - about 14 stairs to main level to get out the front door-once out of front door, two steps down. (7/19/2006)
