Response: There is no mattress or box spring. The headboard and occasional chairs are on the first floor and the remaining peices are on the second floor but are easily accessable. (7/2/2008)

Response: The dresser, chest and night stands are on the second floor the remainder are on the first floor. All of the furniture will be off-loaded onto the first floor at the destination. I think there are a few steps at the house entry. (7/12/2008)

Response: I apologize if my bid time came off as seemingly pushy but all my bids are short lived simply because I don't toss out random bids on everything out there. That leads to a lot of cancellations due to "biting off more that one can chew"..and I don't like to cancel as I consider a bid, and it's acceptance, as a promise.
