Questions for this shipment:

Question: I am in area , are you ready to ship? I can take for $1300.00 total if you want it moved. bigspot007 (12/24/2006)
Response: I am ready any time. Can you do it for any less? Please let me know. Send me a formal bid listing the terms and conditions of the shipment and I will consider it. Thanks. (12/25/2006)
Question: I have another bid in goingn our way, if i get that bid i can cut a little not much. The length of tractor takes up quite a bit of room in my horse trailer and that will not allow me to carry much more freight. So i will have to see, burt i will no soon. Bigspot007 (12/25/2006)
Question: When & how much? Whats your name? I am doing some work on my truck & trailer. Mid Jan 2007.. Let me know. Javan Dunken (12/26/2006)
Question: thanks for request, Glen....I'm in tx searching for west bound items now( without much luck )..I'll look for something that might get me back to FL...the tractor w / implements would fill my little 16' flat. could you go $1200 @ 2400 miles...perhaps 1/2 after loading?...just something to consider to get it on the move within a week. ..Lmaxwell (12/27/2006)
Response: I am open to your bid, let me know if you are interested in going to florida. (12/27/2006)
Question: HOW FLEXIBLE ARE YOU ON MOVING THIS UNIT I CAN DO THIS FOR YOU 1200 (12/27/2006)
Response: I am fairly flexible on this. When can you pick it up and when can you deliver it. (12/27/2006)
Question: thanks for asking i get $1.00 a mile (12/27/2006)
Question: Thank you for your request but I wont be in that area for a while. Whom ever you go with make sure that they have there USdot#'s and there MC number. If not they are operating illegal and your load will be in danger during transport if they get stopped. Thank you and have a great day. (12/27/2006)
Question: Thank you for the request. I have another job along that route that I need to schedule, but it will probably be February. I will keep an eye on your shipment and bid once I get it scheduled if your shipment is still available. Thanks Colby. (12/27/2006)
Question: I will make a bid if you have loading docks where the pick up is and a ditch where I need to deliver. I can do this for 300 (12/27/2006)
Response: There is a loading dock where it is being picked up. I can have a flatbed tow truck there to offload at delivery. Let me know if you want to do it. Thanks. (12/27/2006)
Question: Shipper: Thank you for your bid request, it is appreciated. I can pick up during the first week of January and deliver within 5 to 8 days. I'm a legally licensed, fully insured, US DOT compliant motor carrier so commercial cargo insurance is included in my bid price. My all inclusive price would be $1,620. I will refine the exact pick up and delivery dates when I make a formal bid. My payment terms are cash or certified funds payable to SEMO Motor Transport Service at delivery. My offer assumes the tractor will start and load under its own power and there are no other attachments other than the brush hog and front end loader and they are installed. It would be securely transported on an open flatbed goose neck trailer. I would need to know your decision by Friday (12/29/06) for scheduling purposes. Please feel free to ask any questions. Thank you and I hope you'll consider all aspects of my offer before making your decision. Don @ SEMO Motor Transport Service (12/27/2006)
Response: Sounds good, except I need to be at 1200-1300 for this. Let me know if you want to do it. Thanks. (12/27/2006)
Question: Thanks for the bid request but we will not be in the area. Sorry! C-Mar Transport (12/28/2006)
Question: Thank you for your prompt response. I do appreciate it. I'm sorry, I just can't get down to the $1200-$1300 price range. I surely wish I could, but I really sharpened my pencil to give you the best offer I could so we could get this locked up and under contract. The only reason I was able to offer you the price I did was because I have a couple of small items in the same area that can go with it and complement your load. I also have have another small tractor that pays the same as I offered you, only it is about 50 miles farther down in Florida. I thought I would give you first opportunity and save myself the additional miles. I guess I'll just have to run the extra 50 miles and do the other tractor. I do appreciate your consideration very much and I sincerely wish you the best with your shipment. Again, I'm sorry we can't do business this time but please keep me in mind if you need transport service in the future. Thank you again...Don @ SEMO Motor Transport Service (12/28/2006)
Question: no thanks,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,car (12/28/2006)
Question: Thank you for the bid request but I am not in your area right now. wmirvin (12/28/2006)
Question: sorry, can't haul for less than 50 cents a mile and still feed my family (and the govt). (12/28/2006)
Response: Send me a bid if you can do it for 50 cents. Thank is probably in the range for me. Thanks (12/28/2006)
Question: Sorry, again. you misunderstood what I was saying. You're requesting a shipment for less than 50 cents per mile, not counting deadhead (empty) miles. NO CAN DO. My bid would be for $1.10 per hub mile, and you've already declined bids for less than that. (12/28/2006)
Question: I can transport it for you, but I need alitte time to put it togehter. It will be done right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (12/28/2006)
Response: Let me know how much. (12/28/2006)
Question: thanks for response, Glen. I'm trying my best to get any little thing to pay may way back to Fl....or something tiny to go with your tractor from that area. will let you know yeah or neh by tomorrow! either way the 1/2 1/2 payment would still be neccesary @1200 total...but you could trust me ! Lmaxwell (12/28/2006)
Response: Keep me posted if you want to do it. Thanks. (12/29/2006)
Question: 1295 TO HAUL IT TIMEFRAME IS UP TO YOU (12/28/2006)
Response: Send me a bid with your terms licenses and insurance and I will consider it. Thanks. (12/28/2006)
Question: Thank you for your request but not in your area at this time. Good lunck in your shipping needs and thank you for looking to uship for your shippments. Cindy Rollen Hills (12/29/2006)
Question: Thank you for your request but not in your area at this time. Good lunck in your shipping needs and thank you for looking to uship for your shippments. Cindy Rollen Hills (12/29/2006)
Question: hey glen......I may have just scored some motorcycles from tx to Ga. waiting for response from shipper now. will know soon today. if it's a go. it would put me in Fl in about 7-8 days . then would be glad to grab the tractor. I'll update you today...Lmaxwell (12/29/2006)
Response: I think that you misunderstood my questions. I was not asking for you to retract your bid. I see that you have excellent feedback. I was just asking for more information to make sure that I am making the right decision. If we can come to an agreement, when can you make the pickup and delivery? What are your payment terms and method? (12/29/2006)
Question: I gotcha...I fully understand everyones concerns when it comes to trusting a stranger( of the computer )...I can be near largo FL in about 8-10 days ( pretty close )....do me a favor and try to calculate cargo insurance based on tractors value on uship "tips and guidelines " one time trip insurance deals they advertise...I know for m/c's it's about .80 cents for $100.00 value...maybe we could negotiate better with that figured out. you have a few more bids I see that might can accomadate you better/easier...let me know. (12/29/2006)
Response: It looks like the insurance would cost $45.00 based on uship cargo insurance rate chart. The rate is .55 cents for $100 value. Let me know what you want to do. Thanks. (12/29/2006)
Question: shuck!...a bit cheaper than I thought..I can re-bid @1100 to compensate for that and your willingness to work with me....if after I load it I might be can use maybe just $300 wired to me ( 800 cash or check on delivery)..I could survive without the $300 if need be. not a major deal...let me know. (12/29/2006)
Response: That sounds good. Please re-bid. Will you accept paypal payment for the deposit? You said you can pickup in 8-10 days. How long after that for delivery? (12/29/2006)
Question: yes....my time frame is pretty close...perhaps sooner...know better first part of next week. no I'm not set for pay-pal...after I grab it I'll let you know if I might need you to maybe wire me about 300 depending on how I get paid on these m/c's when I deliver in Ga( not sure yet ) will try not to bother you with any$$ if I can...either way I would deliver tractor to you...I dont back out of any deal!...thanks (12/29/2006)
