Question: Can you please clearify your shipment ? Is it palletized ? If not can it be ? What is the total weight ? When will this be ready for pickup and can you pay by credit card ? (9/24/2008)
Response: I see where this is a bit confusing. The shipment consists of 67 boxes. Each box contains 4-Gallons of Mouth Wash, & weighs 36 lbs, & are 13"x13"x13". The total weight of the entire shipment is about 2350 lbs. The shipment is currently not palletized, as we have no loading dock and no way to lift an entire loaded pallet. We do have some empty pallets which you are more than welcome to take & use. The shipment will probably be available for pick up no latter than noon Thursday 09/25/09. I prefer to ship with the freight charges collect, as my customer is paying the shipping charges. I will ask my customer if they have a credit card available for shipping charges. I will let you know as soon as I hear from them. They are in CA so it may be about 11 or 12 tomorrow. Thanks for inquiring. (9/25/2008)
Question: What is your target rate? I can provide a lift-gate and pallet jack at pick up... putting these on a pallet may reduce your cost. (9/25/2008)
