Questions for this shipment:

Question: Hi, We are currently in Dallas today. We are staying over until Monday/Tuesday. We could pick up your items and move them straight through to California. Otherwise, we will be in Texas again next week as well and we could set up a time then. We have a custom 44 foot enclosed trailer and a 2006 3500 Chevy Dually truck with tie downs, blankets and dollies. Please check out our perfect feedback and let us know if this will work for you. Thanks, Mark (7/16/2006)
Response: Hi Mark. Next week would definitely work better for us since we won't be moving into our new place until 7/26. What do you think your cost to us would be for that time frame and for the information that I posted? Michael and Noelle (7/16/2006)
Question: Hi, Are your 20 boxes approximately four feet tall/wide/high each? Are there any stairs at either the pick up or drop off? Do you need us to load and unload at each destination or will there be help? Thanks, Mark (7/16/2006)
Response: Hi Mark: There are only 2 boxes that are about 4' tall. The rest of the boxes are Dell Desktop Computer boxes with household goods. There are 3 Large Rubbermaid black storage totes. There's a chase, 2 ceramic pottery plant pots, an oriental rug, an extra large beveled mirror, a 48 inch glass top for a table (the legs are boxed up) and there is a round 40 inch walnut circle base and 4 wide body arm chairs. There are no stairs at either location (Uhaul Storage in Carrollton, TX and Townhome with 2 car attached gargae in Irvine, CA). Yes, we would want a load and unload although either of us would be available depending on the day/time to help with the unload. My husband loaded and unloaded the items himself in about 30 minutes at each location before we left TX. (7/16/2006)
Question: Hi Michael and Noelle, My wife and I will be able to move your storage unit during the week of the 26th and we will deliver it straight through (3-4 days later)for $750. Please let me know if that works for you and we will place a formal bid. Thanks, Mark (7/16/2006)
Response: Good Morning Mark: My husband and I have discussed your bid. At this time we do feel that it is a little high. Based upon that we might just have to leave the things in storage for a little longer and fly out there ourselves and rent Penske and move it ourselves. If there is anything that would bring that bid down further, i.e. later move date, adding to another move this direction, etc. please let us know. Thank you. Michael and Noelle (7/16/2006)
Question: Good Afternoon Michael and Noelle, I was wondering if you considered the following: The van is $19.95 per day for 3 days = $59.85. In addition, it is $.60 per mile to drive the van at 1200+ miles = $720. Fuel at 10 miles per gallon at $3.00 a gallon per fuel = $360. That is a total of $1,239.85 which does not include air flight and room & board which is approximately an additional $250-400. Unfortunately I am unable to lower my bid due to fuel cost and the amount of space being used for your shipment. Therefore, please let me know if I can help you out at $750. Thanks, Mark (7/17/2006)
