Question: HI- I'm making a delivery of Household Furnishings to AUBURN Maine in the near future. I'd pick up in a large truck as you see in our profile, but then, I'm wondering if this chair will fit in a van, and can be de-palletized? Can you verify dimensions. Our expected delivery to you would be by months end of August 2008. (8/4/2008)

Response: I really hate to ask the guy there to de-palletize the chair after I've put him to the trouble of putting it on the pallet and shrink-wrapping it. I might do it, though, if you make an offer that appeals enough to me. I'd need to be sure the chair would be carefully protected from scuffs and scratches...since that's the main reason for my wanting it on the pallet. I've copied some of the specs from the Invacare site below:
PRONTO M91
22" VAN SEAT
SEAT WIDTH RANGE: 22"
SEAT DEPTH: 20"-22"
BACK HEIGHT W/O HEADREST: 18"
SEAT-TO-FLOOR: 22½" to 23½"
OVERALL WIDTH (NO JOYSTICK): 25 7/8 inches
OVERALL HEIGHT: 36" - 49¼"
OVERALL LENGTH: 39" (Footboard Folded)
DRIVE WHEELS/TIRES: 14" x 3"
CASTERS: 6" x 2" Front/Rear
WEIGHT W/SEATING SYSTEM AND ACCESSORIES
W/O BATTERIES: 199 lbs
W/BATTERIES: 273 lbs
SHIPPING: 260 lbs (w/o Batteries)
310 lbs (w/Batteries)
It does have the batteries installed. Without the pallet, the chair will load on the van. It is operable. (8/5/2008)

Response: NO - WE will pick it up on the pallet, in our International Box truck. We carry a pallet jack with 2500lb capacity, and the truck has a LIFT GATE TOO ! We'd depalletize it, if needed to get to you, depending on other loads we consolidate running the trip south to you. (8/5/2008)

Response: That sounds okay then. (8/5/2008)

Response: Can you tell me the days of the week, and the hours that we may pick up. I'll also ask you - What do you want to pay, so I can evaluate if reasonable or not? Thanks - Paul. SEE OUR PROFILE HERE ON USHIP ! (8/5/2008)

Response: I've asked that question before, but didn't get a response...so I just sent another email. I'll let you know that as soon as I do. As to what I want to pay, I need all the help I can get there. The "Book It Now" is $300, and that would be PERFECT! Is there any way that's possible? (8/5/2008)

Response: I can bid it at $343, with delivery to you between now & the End of August. I'm waiting for a confirmation date related to a trip to Fort Polk, US ARMY the week of Aug 25th. I'll bring it with me on that trip. Let me know, your interest. Thank you for your replies this afternoon. (8/5/2008)

Response: Submit a bid for $330 with arrangements as discussed, and we'll have a deal.
