Response: One quote i just received from a shipping line leaving out of Miami for RORO service is $10,375 per truck. (6/10/2008)

Question: I emailed the shipping line back and asked if that quote was accurate being that it was high and the response i got back was "Yes it's correct. Two factors cause the price to be that high. 1) Very few shipping lines have RORO service to Arica and 2) All of these ships are special charters with not much space available. I know of a charter going out of Houston that is twice as expensive." Let me know what your thoughts are. Thanks! (6/10/2008)
