Question: Hi, a few questions; 1. I see a chain hooked to it, does that mean it does not run? Would have to be winched onto trailer? 2. Are the dimensions and weight accurate? 3. Response: Tractor is fully operable,chain was secured to post for security. I won on ebay 2/24/05. Check should clear by 2/29/08. Address for pick up is [address removed]MD 21921.
