I need to know a couple of things before I can bid on driving your truck to NJ. You say there is no way to load a motorcycle into the bed on either end of the job??? Do you know the fuel economy of the truck, top safe speed, is it plated, and it is roadworthy??? Also any breakdowns along the way will be your expense additional with your input on any repairs.
