Question: Hello, I have a transport going to the westcoast in mid Nov. I'll be in In. around the 17th. If this time frame would work for you, you would like me to place a bid or, you have any questions. Please let me know. Thank you (10/7/2009)

Response: I do have some more questions and some issues. I am unsure of a date. I am waiting word if I can move to California and should know by at the end of October. How much notice do you need? What do you charge? How much extra would it be to include a small cat? Do I need to be at the pick up and at the delivery? This is my first time using this site, so how does a bid work? Sorry for all of the questions. Thanks for helping the newbie through this process. What else do I need to know? (10/7/2009)

Response: How much notice I need really depends on how fast my van books full, the end of Oct should be ok though. 2000 miles with an 80lb dog and the cat I would do for 500.00. We supply the crates, bottled water and leashes. I would need you to supply the food so their diets don't have to be changed and, also a collar the fits well so I can walk the dog. I would need to pick up and drop off the animals to someone, if not you, then a friend or family member. I would also need a health cert to bring them into Ca. your vet shouldn't charge much for that. Once I leave a bid you can either accept or decline it, if you accept it, we will be given each others contact info and we can finalize the transport over the phone. If you look up my profile you can read a little about our service and, references from past clients. Once you know the dates you want to transport I'll leave a bid for you. Please let me know if you have anymore questions. Thanks, Jerry (10/7/2009)

Response: My other option is to fly them both. I can do that for $150 each animal. Is there any way that you would be willing to do the trip in November for $400 for the both, dog and cat? I am just in a really difficult situation.
Thanks for your consideration, Jenny (10/7/2009)

Response: If you will book right away with a pick up date of the 11th-13th and a 4 day delivery time, I'll do it for 400.00. You will need a health cert for them though, you'll need it to fly them as well. Should I submit the bid. (10/7/2009)

Response: Jerry, Sorry for asking so many questions... If I accept the bid and then I do not get granted the ability to move, what is the cancellation policy? I am 95% sure I will be able to go, just don't have the exact date. If I get to leave before the animals can, I have people that can care for them for a short amount of time.
Just trying to set everything up for when I get the word. Thanks so much (10/7/2009)

Response: I don't mind the questions, ask as many as you need to. But, I'd like to wait on sending a bid until you know for sure, cancelations look bad for me, the more canceled matches a service provider has the harder it is for future clients to trust us. As soon as your sure about your move and the dates, just let me know. Thanks, jerry (10/7/2009)

Response: There is a bidding war going on for this move. Let me know if you are still interested. The bidders do have a higher experience level with this site. (10/8/2009)

Response: No, I picked up other bookings headed back east from Az. (10/8/2009)
