  • Personal Description:I am a very good driver and had rich experiences of long distance drive across USA. I plan on living in Las Vegas short term until I sold my MH there so I am for business trip. I am not a gambler and I am responsible. My MH is for sell if you are interested in it. And, oh, if you like to stay in Las Vegas this September, you can stay in my MH (2B/2B) for $800 (include power, gas and water).
  • Trip Desciption:From Indianapolis, IN to Las Vega, NV. My car can take 4 passengers. I'd like to have $200 per person as I'd like to put a new set of 2 or 4 tires. I can also deliver your cats or dogs to Las Vegas. It's a long drive so you might need to have your own motel room for (2?) nights. I normally sleep in my car in the night when I am driving alone.

Question: How much are you selling it for? (9/2/2006)
Response: Live in Las Vegas! $15K down with contract! Double Wide MH 24’x52’ (# S7513). 1248 Sq Ft. IMMEDIATELY POSSESSION! Price Dropped! BUY IT NOW $25,900 (sell by the owner). Or $34,400 (sell by the realtor -- soon to be). AS IS! This is a nice 1248 Sq. Ft. double wide 2B/2B mobile home. The Seller will drop the price from $34,400 suggested by the realtor so the new owner can use the extra saved $8,500 to put a new AC and/or new carpet for the MH. The tax is paid off till July 2007. There is no liens on this MH and the title is clear. I have a quote of new carpet for $1,200 by a neighbor who is a carpet installer and lives just across from the street in the MH park. A good new AC might cost you $2,000. So, a new carpet and new AC might cost you less than $4,000. If I go to Las Vegas and get a new carpet and AC done, the MH will priced for $30,400 (for sell by me the owner) or priced for $38,400 (for sell by Easy Living Realtor). Response: Hi, no, the lot rental is $418 per month. Since the housing rental in Las Vegas is so sky high, you should be very easy to find a roomate to share paying for the expense. One bedroom has private bath. I have more photos if you need them. Also, I am to drive my BMW 735I (1988) to Vegas soon, I don't know how to change my ad but I can take $150 per rider. Thanks. Response: Hi, I am not sure about the trailer hitch. The MH is set up very well in the Park ... but I assume that to towe a MH requires special towe truck. Oh, just to update, I can take $150 per rider or $500 per family of 4. I am planning on leaving tomorrow (Wed)or Thursday. I can also pick up riders on the way from Indianapolis to Las Vegas. Thanks.
