Response: Dear Service provider. I have no idea what a goose neck adapter is, I know that this 5 wheel trailer has been parked for a few years. A dully truck towed it. My father was living in it but he had a stroke and is now living in a convalescent home. (10/10/2009)
Response: If you dont know it probably doesnt. I only have a ball to mount it to with an adapter from the 5th wheel king pin to a 2 5/16 gooseneck adapter. Good Luck though! (10/10/2009)
