  • Description: Need full load price from Atlanta to Baton Rouge...about 4000 lbs ..first week of November.

Additional Information: I have about 3 dedicated hot shot loads (lightweight) to baton rouge in the first 3 weeks of Nov. We will need about 6 hrs load time in Atlanta and about 4 hours unload time in Baton Rouge Report a Violation

Questions for this shipment: 

Question: I am interested in all three loads. Could you tell me what the product is? (10/29/2007)
Response: This is aluminum fabricated signs. We will need several loads to Baton Rouge. Each load will be a series of several different signs. I will provide a layout of the loading as soon as I can get the shipper nailed down. I want to use the same shipper for all loads if possible and the shippments can be staggered so they can be shipped end to end. thansk william (10/29/2007)
Question: I also ask, what is the product and dimensions needed for trailer. I have a 40' and a 36' trailer. The 40' is 96" wide and the 36' is 74" wide at the wheel wells. If this works please let me know and I will put in a formal bid. Thanks Artload(Steve) (10/29/2007)
Response: The load will be a combination of several different pieces that would be difficult to convey with words. If you are the successful bidder, I will provide a layout drawing for the load. We will need the 8'x 40 trailer. If would be best for me if you indicated the cost to deliver a 4000' load on the 40' and a 4000 lbs load on the 36' as we will have 3 or more loads loads total (I believe) and I would like to work with the same shipper if possible. The loads will also be staggered and we may be able to stagger enough for you to tie them end to end. thanks William Bloodworth (10/29/2007)

Question: According to your dimensions you only need one 20' trailer that is 96' wide. Is this one load a week or 3 loads at the same time? It will take 2 days to complete this so I need to factor that in to my bid. Thanks Artload(Steve) (10/29/2007)
