Response: i can tarp the shipment, pick up will be between the 8th and15th. the smaller pallot will fit in my cargo van. larger shipment i can break down to fit or tarp on trailor? i will bid. (9/28/2007)

Question: One pallet is the canopy/balloon and the other is the basket and propane regulator? Thank you. (9/25/2007)

Response: One pallet is the gondola/tanks with the envelope/canopy inside the gondola. The other pallet is an extra tank and an inflator fan. All tanks have been purged and valves are left open. The inflator fan has been drained of oil and gas. (9/25/2007)

Question: I have a solid steel deck trailer so no water will come from the bottom and I would tarp the complete load to keep it from getting wet. Please let me know as I may be able to pick up tomorrow and head directly to you. Thank you for your time. (9/25/2007)

Response: I would be open to that but it depends on the price. I am the buyer and I would have to make sure the seller is ready. I think he is because it is on the pallet already. Let me know your price and I can get back to you. (9/25/2007)

Response: No pictures and I am not even sure the seller has a digital camera, all I have is the measurements and how he loaded the pallets.. Are you insured or do I need to pick up additional insurance? Are you leaving tomorrow or do make trips often? I would like to at least get it moving by the end of the week. (9/25/2007)

Response: I am a car dealer as well as a transporter. It should be covered on one of those two policys, but just to be on the safe side I always recomend it be insured during transit. Response: Well I am in the process of building a fast run up there. Your balloon will be shipped alone. I am hauling this on my small trailer since my large auto transport trailer is busy. Response: I talked to the seller but he doesn't feel comfortable with the packaging yet and wants to wrap it in cardboard and shrink wrap it. The soonest he could have it ready is tomorrow (Thursday) afternoon. (9/26/2007)

Response: Sorry for the delay. The seller is ready on his end and it is all packed up and ready to go if you are still interested? This is at his warehouse so pickup would need to be M-F 8-5pm. (9/28/2007)

Response: Couple of questions. Will you be able to tarp it? Because it is on pallets will you have a way to unload? I also have someones shop it could be delivered to with a forklift. Response: It will be tarped, as for unloading I wont have a way to once its loaded so the shop with the forklift would be easier. The items are not to to heavy if nothing else we can get them unloaded without a forklift but it would take a little work. If I can get loaded and depart sometime early monday I will have no problem getting to you by around tuesday or so. (9/28/2007)

Question: I just got a call from a guy that I work local with and he needs me to do something for him here in town on monday. I wont be able to get to san marcos till Tuesday. Just wanted to let you know. As far as delivery time line it shouldnt hold me up to much. (9/28/2007)

Response: That should be fine. Let me just verify the details of the business you can ship to with the forklift and then I will accept the bid. The delivery would also have to be made between 8-5, preferable a bit earlier than 5pm. Also do you have USDOT# or a MC#? Mark (9/28/2007)

Response: Ok not a problem just let me know. As for the USDOT and the MC# yes I do have them but I dont give them out on this website. I have had them used by other people so now I treat those numbers like my social security number. Those numbers hold a lot of information on them and after what happend last time to me I dont publicly post them. After we exchage info when you accept my bid I have no problem giving them to you then. (9/29/2007)
