Response: We would definitely help unload on the Charlotte end. It would be going up a short flight of stairs into the house and then a few short steps right into our living room. I'm checking to see who is available to help on the NY end. (4/19/2007)

Response: We can help unload, but the guy on the end whose house it currently resides in cannnot help load due to a bad hip. It can, however, be taken apart into 2 pieces to make each piece a little lighter. Will you still consider it? (4/20/2007)

Response: Indeed it does, and get this - there are no steps on the Pound Ridge end. It is currently being held in a room right off of the garage, so if you have a dolly it could be wheeled right to your van/truck. On the Charlotte end, there are a couple leading up to the front door, but once in the door, it's going into the living room which is right off the entry way. The 30th would be fine. (4/21/2007)

Response: It does, and better yet - there are no steps on the Pound Ridge end. The unit is being housed in a room right off of the garage, so if you have a dolly, it could be wheeled directly to the vehicle.
