Question: Hello - in order to save on carrier residential service fees, would the shipper (consignor) be willing to drop shipment off at carrier's originating terminal in 54115 & the consignee to pickup same at carrier's destination terminal in 43228?? .. each terminal is within 20 miles on each end ...
