Additional Information: The hoist in the picture weighs about 400 pounds. In addition there are 10 or 11 rails weighing about 200 pounds each. Total weight of the load is about 2500 pounds. The rails are about 3"x5"x10' long. The hoist is banded to the skid but the rails are loose. The load in not fragile but will need to be strapped down and tarped. The value of the load is about $10,000 and will need to be insured. Report a Violation

Questions for this shipment: 

Question: Will this be loaded and unloaded at both ends, if so, I'll bid on it. Thanks (7/19/2006)
Response: Yes, it will be loaded & unloaded on both ends. There are forklifts & guys to do the work. My primary concern is strapping or chaining the load down. It would all fit in a long bed pick-up but mine is only a 1/2 ton. (7/19/2006)
Question: I can do it but the least I can do it for is going to be 500.00 if you want me to insure the load, I have a couple other loads coming out of Mich. at the same time so the timeframe is good. (7/20/2006)
Response: What would you be hauling it in and what would be your estimated pick up & delivery date & time? I made a mistake in the delivery window. It should be Mon-Thur 9:00-4:00. (7/20/2006)
Question: I have a 40 foot goose flatbed trailer. We have all nessasary tie downs, chains, binders, etc., and can tarp it off in case of rain or what have you. I can also call once picked up, then again half way back ( before I roll through W.V in the mountains, service through there is bad), and again just before drop off. Just let me know or hold out for a smaller bid.As for pick up date, I can pick up either the 29th or with in 2 days of the 29th and deliver to you at the specific drop off times. (7/20/2006)
