Additional Information: I am trying to find someone willing to help me afford to save 4 really nice TB mares from slaughter. I can take them, I just need shipping I can afford! These horses are located in Middletown, DE 19709. And will arrive in Stover, MO 65078. All are mares. I do not think they have current coggins or health certfs. I can see about getting them done. Questions for this shipment:

Question: Hello, Drew here, if you get the health certificates and coggins on all four we could bid around 1000. Straight shot pick up to drop off, because we only have 4 stalls. Probably do within week or two. Thanks, Drew (3/7/2007)
Response: Hi Drew! I think we have a deal here. I am currently waiting for a call back from the vet there so I can have him pull Coggins & do health certificates. I would like to get them shipped as soon as I can get their papers in order. Do you want to take payment upon arrival? Do you need a deposit? What about a contract? The horses will have a lay over at a stable correct? You will provide hay & water? I look forward to hearing from you! (3/7/2007)
Question: Hi would it be possible to pick these girls up next Thu. Fri. and deliver to on Sat. Sun.? Will very close to Del. in Pa can do this shipment for you then. Thank You, 1211 (3/8/2007)
Response: MY origional shipper had to cancel his bid. CAn you do it for $1000? The horses are supposed to get Coggins done on Monday, results Tuesday. However, the owner will be out of town until SAt. I am waiting to see if she has to be there or not. I will keep you up to date! (3/9/2007)
Question: Hey it's Drew again. Would your horses be ready for pick up this weekend? We need to leave the northeast Sunday, but if you aren't ready we could get them on next trip later in week. We will have two drivers all week and plan to run non-stop. So once we get your horses we would run directly to Missouri drop off and should be there in less than 24 hours. We wouldn't stop for any layovers but could definately walk the horses at some point if you request. We have some hay, but if you could provide a bale or two from the pick up point it would be good--believe it or not we've had to pay up to $12 a bale for cheap grass hay in places and that eats our profits fast. As far as a contract and down payment, Uship takes care of that. If I bid 1000 they will require you pay their 7.9% upfront and it becomes a binding contract with us. Then you pay the remainder upon delivery--we take cash, debit or credit cards, or personal checks. We are looking forward to helping you out, thanks, Drew (3/8/2007)
Response: Hi Drew, I am still working on the vet to get coggins, ect. That is the only thing we are waiting on. I would love to have them picked up this weekend, but we may still be waiting on the coggins. I can definately give you a bale or two of hay. What we have isn't great, but its hay. You will have to help me thru this Uship process. I haven't used it before. I have someone donating to the cost of the mares shipping. I would like her to write a check out directly to you. What name should the check be made out to? I'll have her mail it to me, and then I will give it to you with the balance when the horses arrive. I don't think you will need to walk the horses. A straight shot might be better anyway. You have been so very nice, thank you so much! (3/8/2007)
Question: Drew here again, I was thinking we should have hay leftover on the trailer at your pick up, so if you wanted to give us a couple bales at your farm that would be great. That way you don't have to worry about buying any out there if you have some at home. Thanks, Drew (3/8/2007)
Response: Hi Edie, Thursday would be fine. I will not be there at pick up. I will work on having someone there for pick up with coggins & health certifs. The owner will not be there. Who should I make the check out to? When would you arrive in MO if you pick up Thursday? Thanks, ~ AMy (3/12/2007)
Question: Hello, Drew again. I will bid it for 1000, Uship will require you pay $79 deposit by credit card right away. So the check will need to be for 921 paid to Pure Country Transport. Do you know when the horses will be ready? Thanks, Drew (3/8/2007)
Response: Howdy! I am hoping to get the vet out tommorrow to pull coggins. I still need to officially make an appointment. They said there is no way to have the results back until Tuesday. I am waiting for the vet to return my call to set up for tommorrow I hope. Will Tuesday or might be Wedensday work? I need to run to the bank & transfer funds to my account with the credit card. Can you send this through tommorrow? (I have some checks I am waiting to clear). Let me know! ~ Amy (3/8/2007)
Question: Sure Amy, I will bid this now. Here's our schedule if you aren't ready until Tuesday, we will neeed to head to west coast and back but should get yours toward end of week. (3/8/2007)
Response: The vet is coming out on Monday to do Coggins. Results will be available on Tuesday. Let me know when you are picking them up & when to expect you. Thanks! (3/8/2007)
Question: Amy, I had to cancel the bid because of other bids coming in, we will rebid it as soon as we are available to haul yours. Very sorry, we will try to get to your area as soon as we can. I know you want this done as soon as possible, so I will rebid as soon as we can get there, otherwise take another bid if it can be done faster. Didn't want to leave you out to dry. Thanks, Drew (3/8/2007)
Question: Hi, could help, but I am leaving today pm to go to MO, please let me know asap so that I may bid. Thanks, 1211 (3/9/2007)
Question: I am on my way to Mo. can still help with your shipment, but need to know asap. Thank you 1211 (3/9/2007)
Response: The horses won't have health certificates & coggins until Tuesday. Is that too late for you? And you do know my maximum is $1,000, right? Let me know. :) (3/10/2007)
Question: Sorry,Tuesday is out of the question for me. Could possibly do it later in the week. Please let me know. Thanks 1211 (3/10/2007)
Response: Let me know when you might be that way next week. Thanks (3/10/2007)
Question: Would the 25th be to late. We could do it for $1000 if we agreed soon. (3/10/2007)
Response: Thanks for your offer. I am waiting on a couple other shippers to come back through this way next week. If I can't get them to do it before the 25th, I will let you know! (3/11/2007)
Question: If you can wait until the end of march, Ill do it for 700 and one of the mares, [offer to purchase removed] I may even be able to do it cheaper, I have a 4 stall trailer, if the mares load relativily and travel well togather, let me know [phone number removed] (3/10/2007)
Response: Thanks for your offer, but I do have plans for all four mares on my new farm. And the end of the month would be too late I think. (3/11/2007)
