Questions for this shipment:

Question: Hi, Do you have an estimate of how many bales per load? Could it be done with a 26' straight truck or do you need a 53'? Please advise. (6/8/2009)
Response: Hi you will be able to laod 300 bales on a 26' that is what we are looking for. this is for our own use and also for resale so the shipping price is very important to us to keep the cost down in our local market. (6/8/2009)
Response: did you have a target price in mind. Also, what hdays/hours can this be picked up/delivered. Thanks (6/9/2009)
Response: i do have a target price around 1250-1300 per load of 300 bales, as for the hours it is a farm the people are very nice i am sure if you could target a time that you will find them very easy to work with on pick-up. please let me know if you have any further questions (6/9/2009)
Question: Have a 53 ft dry van.....im guessing 1650.00 per load (6/8/2009)
Response: if we can do this out of michigan we have a deal. (6/9/2009)
Question: Are you sure of the weight, I can only get 20,000 on a partial. (6/10/2009)
Response: it will be a cash deal if you would prefer a check becauce it will be a driver drop off let me know. (6/19/2009)
Question: It looks like each bale is 45 lbs. and there's 300 of them, so you're looking at a load of 13,500, so you should be able to haul with a partial. (6/10/2009)
Question: Lets move some hay! (6/11/2009)
Response: can you still move the hay, sorry i have been in the hospital and could not respond. (6/19/2009)
Response: When do you want to move this load, I will shoot for my last bid. How long will the load and unloading take and will there be a delay for paying for the hay? We will just bill you with a fax or email invoice. Sorry about the hospital stay, Thanks. (6/19/2009)
Response: i need the load asap i need to give the farmer at least 2 days notice for the loading which will take at least 2-3 hours, the unload will be the same. i do have a question will this be a 53' dry van because i am shooting for 600 bales for this delivery. let me know your thoughts. (6/19/2009)
Response: I do not think I can meet my last bid as it was for only 300 bales. I can get what ever kind of truck you want, How about lets shoot for tues day pickup and I will start looking for truck now, do you care if I get step decks or flats with the hay tarped, some times their rate is lower, you will get more than 600 bales of hay no mater what truck we use. (6/19/2009)
Response: i understand that we can get more than 600 but this is all i can get at this time. let me know what the rate will be i really need this asap yesterday but if you would let me know how much i will use you and pay cash (6/19/2009)
Response: I can get you trucks Monday, Tues at the latest, I was just trying to get you the best rate, what is your new target rate? We will get you just the 600 bales, I thought you were trying to maximize your per bale cost by getting as many as possible. Thanks, Mike@ Riverbank Cargo Solutions (6/20/2009)
Question: I will bid again at your target price if you respond. (6/12/2009)
Question: Hi- I run a 28 foot low profile flat trailer. My calculations say you will need 7 levels of bales plus a few which can go on the gooseneck. The problem is you will be 14 feet high plus the trailer. You will definitely need a longer rig. Thanks Ray (6/12/2009)
Question: I am a freight broker, and I am able to get a truck out there for $1700... when does this load need to be picked up? and is your company able to pass a credit check? (6/16/2009)
