Response: Hi Jim.. Actually no.. Just starting to figure out what this might cost me to do.. Will be ready to ship by July 1 (waiting for tires and wheels for the trailer). (6/8/2008)
Question: We would be available on or around July first as we make weekly runs delivering boats from the east coast and florida to California. (6/8/2008)
Response: We are still waiting for the new wheels and tires for the trailer and we are having someone come check out the condition of the rest of the trailer. Hopefully we will be ready to go by July 1st, but might be running a week later than that depending if issues need to be repaired on the trailer. Also, I guess I should know more about this, but the boat trailer isn't currently registered.. Does it require any tags , etc? I hope not.. but better find out if that is an issue. Thanks (6/10/2008)

Response: Hello! Don't have firm dates as we are waiting for back ordered wheels for trailer. Also having someone come look at the trailer to determine if there any other road-worthiness issues and no other repairs will be necessary. It has been sitting on a trailer for quite a few years so have to make sure it gets a clean bill of health.Does your $1450.00 bid include insurance and fuel?. Assuming it does but just want to confirm. My mom recently passed away and I am putting her house on the market and the Realtor wants the boat gone before we start showing it, so we are motivated for as early in July as possible, just can't commit until parts and repairs are complete. If you want you can formalize your bid on the site and I can keep you posted through this question window. I am not accepting any bids until I know what the status is. I don't want to accept a bid and then back out because the trailer can't travel or something. Thanks for your interest with helping me with this! (6/10/2008)

Response: I am not sure what your question was or if you would like to make a bid. I am having some final repairs done the trailer and don't have a specific date, but am collecting bids until the end of the month while repair is done and can have a firm ship date. I don't want to accept a bid and then be told that the trailer is unrepairable or something. Will keep everyone who has shown interest posted as details become available. In the mean time I am learning a lot about this site and this process and getting a good idea of what the going rates are. Thanks for your interest! (6/11/2008)

Response: Hi Larry, Should have dates soon. We have a person checking out the trailer tomorrow (Monday June 15th) to determine if additional repair is necessary. Still looks like early July. Will know more after tomorrow. (6/15/2008)
Question: Hello shipper you are going to have the trailer check out that would be good. I do carry tow lights and some wheel bearing due to the heat out in the desert and I would move it at nite for that reson to keep the tres cool and bearings cool as of the elec.I do have tow light and that would save you some cash you can check my feedback and profile out and I can do this for around 1325.00 thanks mike50 (6/16/2008)

Response: Good Morning! Not sure if I am too late on this. We got the rigging down and the new tires on and the berings packed. At 9:00am on Saturday I have a guy who is going to attempt to move the boat out of the gravel and see how it feels. Still need to determine integrity of the steel on the trailer. Can you rebit if the bid expires. Sorry the process is taking so long (6/21/2008)

Response: No.. Have not shipped the boat.. Still have to get it out to Albuqueruque . I was hoping not to answer bids until I know if the boat will make it or not. So sorry that this process is taking so long. Didn't get online yesterday and have been crazy to try to get things done. I am moving to Albuquerque myself next Saturday so I am doing 201 things at the moment. Should know a lot more about the situation with the boat after it is moved off the gravel this morning (saturday). I will try to give an update later today Please rebid if you are interested.
