Additional Information: Hank arrived in CA last Christmas with his family from Wyoming. His family planned on moving to CA so left Hank with us while they tied up loose strings at home. Unfortunately plans have changed and Hank now needs to get home. WE CAN BE FLEXIBLE with locations on both ends... we're willing to travel some to make the connections needed to get Hank home! Questions for this shipment:

Question: If you can meet us off the I-5 in Ca. and then off the I-80 in Wy. we can do this for $336 all inclusive around the 11th. or 12th. Let me know if this is doable and I will place a bid for you.~Tonda/Get-M-Home (3/5/2008)
Response: Hi Tonda, Unfortuately the receiving party wouldn't be able to make it to I-80. Thank you for replying to our ad though, we appreciate it. (3/7/2008)
Question: I will be headed east from CA to WI on April 20th. Would this date work for you? Depending on horses or freight , I get to fill my trailer, I could make it door to door. please check my profile jandkfarms (3/27/2008)
Response: Hello! That date could work, but you listed WI (Wisconsin) but it's actually WY (Wyoming). Let me know which state you'll be going to/through and also a price estimate. Thanks so much for responding! Beth (3/27/2008)
Response: Yes. I did state my destination is Wisconsin. I am trying to get a bid on some horses that are going to Missoula, MT which would put me on a direct route to you, afterward. I'd like to wait on offering my bid to you until the other part of my load is confirmed. what is your target bid? jandkfarms (3/28/2008)
Response: Oh... gotcha! Re: the bid, the only other reply was asking $300+. I've checked with the airlines and I could ship him as cargo for between $200-$300. I guess I was hoping around $200? I've never done anything like this before. :-) (3/28/2008)
Response: I'm really trying to get those mares that need to be hauled to Montana. I'm sure Hank would enjoy the ride. He'd probably get to ride in the back seat my 4 door truck. $200 would be a fine and no extra charge to listen to "Hank the Cowdog' audio books on the way. Keep your fingers crossed that I get those mares in the trailer. The date is still firm, April 20 keith from jandkfarms (3/29/2008)
Response: Hi Keith, That sounds GREAT! Almost makes me what to ride along! *grin* Hank travels well both in and outside the crate. My fingers are crossed you get mares. Keep me posted. Thanks so much! Beth (3/29/2008)
Response: I'm still trying to get the people with the mares to commit to my trip. Although Sheridan is not that far off of my original route on I-80, we'll need to talk about this. I still think I can do it. (4/3/2008)
Response: Thanks for checking in. Hank's owner has mentioned trying to drive out to get him but he just finished radiation for cancer so I still think we will need you if you end up going that way. He can always meet you too, if needed. Keep me posted! :-) (4/3/2008)
Response: we'll need to read the u-ship user agreement and try it that way. I am a little new to using their service. (4/11/2008)
Question: Does Hank still need a ride? We raise, sell and transport our Silky Terriers. A 6-10lb dog. We use purina dog chow, stop at rest areas for the dogs, sleep in the motel with us. Hank would be well cared for. Bid would be between $250-$300. Let us know if interested, Jeff (3/28/2008)
Response: Hi Jeff, I've been communicating with someone who has replied that will hopefully be going on 4/20 via a route that would be door to door for Hank. If it doesn't work out, I will let you know. Sounds like any dogs that travel with you are lucky dogs indeed! I appreciate the response. Beth (3/29/2008)
Response: Good luck then Jeff (3/29/2008)
Question: Hey... I am Scott Faas. I am gonna be traveling from Sonoma County, through too Billings on April 15. Plan to arrive early the 16th and travel with m,any dogs..... Personally I have a four month old Basset that is my new co-partner so If ya still need the trip let me Know$250.00 (4/3/2008)
Question: Hello, What is your preferred time-frame? Thanks, Matt(Wolverine Transport) (4/9/2008)
Question: I am taking a horse to Bozeman, so I can certainly take Hank on to Sheridan. Please accept my bid so we can exchange contact info. Then we'll be on our way. keith from jandkfarms (4/14/2008)
Response: Sorry it took so long... I finally heard from the person in Sheridan and we're ready to approve your bid. I just requested it be renewed. Hope it's not too late. I'm really sorry!! Beth (4/18/2008)
